We do understand that you may be worried about your finances, but please talk to us before you do anything with your Direct Debit.

Cancelling your Direct Debit will not get you a faster response and keeping it in place will make it easier for both you and us to manage any coronavirus support which is provided to you.

It is possible to adjust the date of your Direct Debit, if that might help you. Please contact us if you would like to discuss this.

If your account does go into arrears as a result of your cancelling your Direct Debit, your credit profile will be adversely affected.

You need to speak to us as soon as possible, if you have already cancelled your Direct Debit and not told us about it.
