Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions (the ‘T&Cs’) apply to a free prize draw (the ‘Prize Draw’) where entrants can win a Virgin Driving Experience to the value of £250.  By submitting an entry to the Prize Draw you agree to be bound by these T&Cs so please read them carefully before entering.
  2. The Prize Draw is promoted and managed by MotoNovo Finance Limited, registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 1 Central Square, Cardiff, Wales, CF10 1FS, Company No. 11556144. Authorised and Regulated by FCA, registration No. 827851 (the ‘Promoter’).
  3. The Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over.  Proof of age may be required from an entrant for them to be confirmed as a Prize Draw winner (‘Winner’).  Neither employees of the Promoter nor its affiliates nor their immediate families are eligible to participate in the Prize Draw.
  4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the Prize Draw.  To enter just click the Prize Draw entry box in the e-Newsletter and fill out the quick form (with your first name, surname and email address). You must make sure you use a valid email address so the Promoter can contact you if you are selected as a Winner.  Any incomplete entries will be invalid and will be excluded from the prize Draw.
  5. Only one Prize Draw entry per person is permitted. Any subsequent entries will be ineligible and will be excluded from the Prize Draw.  Using different email addresses to make multiple Prize Draw entries for the same person is not allowed and any such entries will be excluded from the Prize Draw.
  6. The Prize Draw will be open from 00:01hrs on 28 March 2024 until midday on 05 April 2024 (‘Closing Date’).  All Prize Draw entries received after the Closing Date are ineligible and will be excluded from the Prize Draw. 
  7. One (1) Winner will be selected by the Promoter from all eligible (non-excluded) entries after the Closing Date using a random draw performed by computer process.  
  8.  Any decision or determination by the Promoter in respect of the Prize Draw - including in selecting a prospective Winner - are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  9. One prize of a Virgin Driving Experience to the value of £250 will be awarded to the Winner (the ‘Prize’), and can be redeemed online at www.virginexperiencedays.co.uk/driving.
  10. The Promoter will contact the prospective Winner by email by 5.00pm on 12 April 2024.  To claim the Prize, the prospective Winner must respond to the Promoter’s email within 7 days, and provide the information requested therein.  If the prospective Winner cannot be contacted, does not claim the Prize within those 7 days, or is otherwise in breach of these T&Cs, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from that prospective Winner and award the Prize to another eligible entrant selected by the Promoter by repeating the process in paragraph 7 above.  After a prospective Winner has provided the information requested in the Promoter’s email, the Prize will be sent by email to the email address nominated by that Winner within 30 days.  The Prize will only be sent to a confirmed Winner.
  11. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure by a prospective Winner to receive or respond to a notification or email informing them that they are a prospective Winner, or for any non-receipt by a confirmed Winner of the Prize.
  12. Submission of Prize Draw entries will be entirely your responsibility and the Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any lost, delayed, unreceived, misdirected, or ineligible entries.  It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure the information, including but not limited to their email address, is correct. The Promoter does not give any warranty as to or accept any liability for the continued availability of any website or media platform (including its own, any social media sites or those of any of the prize suppliers’) used or required for the Prize Draw.
  13. The Promoter will not be liable for any costs and/or expenses you may incur in connection with the Prize Draw including, without limitation, any incurred in order to claim or receive a Prize.  You will need to make your own arrangements for travel to the prize location at your own expense.  You will be responsible for your conduct and for complying with the rules at the driving experience.
  14. Prizes cannot be exchanged, there is no cash or credit alternative, and Prizes are non-transferable and non-negotiable.  If the original Prize offered or any component of it is unavailable, the Promoter may offer an alternative prize or prize component of equal or greater value.
  15. Save for in cases of negligence on their part, neither the Promoter nor any company or person connected with it will be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death arising out of or in connection with the Prize Draw or the Prize, including in respect of your participation, non-participation or inability to participate in the Prize Draw and/or your inability to claim or redeem the Prize.  This paragraph does not seek to limit or exclude any liability where and to the extent such exclusion is confined or prohibited by law, and your statutory rights are not affected.
  16. The Promoter may amend these T&Cs and/or cancel, void or suspend the Prize Draw at its absolute discretion where it considers it necessary to do so. Where such an amendment or cancellation occurs, the Promoter will have no liability other than to dispatch any Prize previously awarded to a confirmed Winner.
  17. These T&Cs and any disputes arising from them will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.  The parties agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with all disputes and claims that arise out of or in connection with these T&Cs and the Prize Draw.
  18. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree that the Promoter may use your information (including personal data) in connection with this Prize Draw to administer your entry and, if you are a prospective Winner, to contact you via direct email for the purpose of allocating and administering the Prize.  The information you provide will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy as set out at https://customer.motonovofinance.com/privacy. The Winner may also be asked to participate in publicity relating to the Prize Draw.  To find out the surname and county of the Winner you can send a request by email to: [email protected] within one month of date on which the Winner was selected.  If you object to any of your surname or  county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter via e-mail at [email protected].  In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the Winner’s details to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.  If you have any other questions about the Prize Draw, please send them to the Promoter by email or post to the relevant addresses stated above. The Promoter cannot accept Prize Draw entries via that email address but will try to help you with your question.  This paragraph and the consents contained herein are in addition to any consents and permissions which you may have granted at the point of entry into the Prize Draw, for example in respect of direct marketing.
