How to make a claim:

Call the dedicated claims team at Sterling Client Services on 0330 134 8455.  Please ensure you have your policy number (this is the same as your finance agreement number), which can be found on your Certificate of Insurance.

2. Provide information

Tell Sterling Client Services what happened, and their dedicated claims team will gather the information needed to start to process your claim.

3. Claim assessment

Sterling Client Services will use the information gathered to assess your claim. They may need to contact you again, and some third parties, for additional information to make a decision on your claim.

4. Claim decision

Following a thorough assessment of all the information related to your claim, Sterling Client Services will contact you with a claim decision.
