How to make a claim

Click to call their dedicated claims team or you can dial 0330 134 8455. Please ensure you have your policy number or certificate number (these are the same as your finance agreement number), which can be found on your Certificate of Insurance.
Tell Covéa Insurance what happened and their dedicated claims team will gather the information they need to start to process your claim.
3. Claim assessment
Covéa Insurance will use the information gathered to assess your claim. They may contact you again and some third parties for additional information needed to make a decision on your claim.
4 Claim decision
Following a thorough assessment of all the information related to your claim, Covéa Insurance will contact you with a claim decision.
