MotoNovo Finance Appoints GoCompare’s Former CFOO

Cardiff-headquartered finance company MotoNovo Finance, the UK's second biggest used car finance lender, has announced the arrival of Phil Morgan as the head of its newest venture; findandfundmycar.com.

Phil joins the business from GoCompare.com, where he spent six years, leaving as Chief Finance and Operating Officer, overseeing projects including the launch of the Mi-data current account comparison service and the sale of the business to esure plc.

In his new role, Phil will be responsible for launching and developing the all-new vehicle sales website, which is earmarked to rival the likes of Auto Trader by allowing customers to shop for used cars and car finance in one location.
