Government support during coronavirus – what’s available?
The coronavirus situation is unfamiliar and fast developing; we’ve had to pull together as a nation and quickly adapt our way of living. For most, that means temporarily shutting shops and restaurants, closing businesses or moving to remote working models.
Many of you will have been financially impacted by coronavirus in some way and there may be additional support available to you. The Chancellor announced an unprecedented package of measures to protect individuals and businesses throughout these uncertain times, and the Government are constantly reviewing this to make sure it meets the needs of the nation.
There’s a lot of information and resources out there, so to help you navigate through these difficult times we have summarised some of the Government support that might be available to you.
We’re also here to support our customers during this time and have answered your most common questions on our support page. If you are facing financial difficulty, please use the information on this page to get in touch and we will help you as best we can.
This information is correct as of March 31st and we will try to keep it up-to-date. This is a fast developing situation and Government support change daily, for the very latest please visit gov.uk or the links provided.
